Look - I don't own any bump stocks. Never had a desire to, and I don't need one. But this video speaks to a huge win for the 2A community in that a Federal Judge is basically telling the ATF (and this administration) to reel in their arbitrary and capricious behavior when it comes to their seemingly random and whimsical rulemaking strategies. The ATF does not have the power to make laws. Maybe they need to read the U.S. Constitution to see who does.
